i have a 1125 cr i have put in hid headlights and ran into a problem with them im trying to get the windscreen off and it seems the holders behind the screed that the bolts screw into are turning along with the bolt any suggestions how to get them out before the sawzall comes into play also anyone know where to get a new windscreen for... also i want a stock one not the ugly tall one

The holders for the windscreen bolts are in the headlight, are you sure they are turning with the bolt? I ask because they are fab'd into the plastic of the headlight assembly. If your windscreen bolts are spinning like you say, you are most likely going to need a new headlight assembly.
As for where to get the parts, i have used http://latus-harley-davidson.com/ , they are great, you can put a part number on the website and get a price, and you can order online.

I would try pulling on the flyscreen while loosening the screws. If you can get the screws out, then a good two part epoxy should do the trick to secure the brass insert. Don't over tighten those screws.
