Cheap insurance doesn't mean a damn if they are useless and slow when you need them.

Yeah, you should be good with All State. I've had them before and they came through very well when I had to make a claim.

Check your limits, 25/50 on motorcycle isn't even close to enough in uninsured/under-insured. At a bare minimum I'd go with 150/300. If you can afford it go to 250/500.

I have 6 cars, my house and had my 4 wheeler through Allstate and the best rate they could do for me was $1800 a year on my 1125R.

Geico came back at 1/3 of that and dropped my ATV insurance in half for the same coverage. They couldn't touch my home owner's insurance or the cars though.

Try State Farm. If you have auto insurance with them, I don't think anyone can come close - below $200/yr for liability alone 300K/500K. With a full coverage, less than $300/yr, for 1125R.

I've got Dairyland. Full coverage with $250 deductibles on my 1125R, Daytona 675 and CBR600F2, and it's a bit under $700 a year. Progressive wanted around $1200 for the same coverage. I'm 35, married, home owner, clean driving record, in southern Illinois.

Just was checking the online tools for insur.

I pay about $1200 for my 1125R,

With the same company

a Moto Guzzi Stelvio is $1200.

a Ductai Multistrada is $3700

A KTM 990 anything is $3700

I was shocked at the cost for any type of KTM

Bottom line there are no set costs, its all over the place based on the variables and how they are feeling that day. Best option is to call around for quotes.

Try them out of Houston,TX.

Didn't think much when the HD dealership turned me on to them but it was a great deal.

A lot of times the bike dealers know the best or cheapest (not usually the same thing lol) bike insurance around.

They were fine when they had to repair my 2009 BMW RT (to the tune of $14,000 by the way!). No issues at all with them.
