Ok I'm a idiot. I need the cheap plastic cap on the left side and maybe some new "O" rings. But still $130 would have been alot.

If you have a 2009 or later engine, you can't get that "cheap plastic cap." You have to replace the whole clutch cover. This might be true for the 2008 models, but I'm not sure.

The left side is the ignition cover, and its $5. Clutch side is a piece of metal, thats why its $100+

for the stator side, not the clutch side, I highly recommend GrandStandDesigns' aluminum slider replacement. Perfect fit, a little thicker, and metal instead of plastic! Too bad they don't make a Rev. B clutch side cover puck replacement.

The left side stator cover is the same as the original A cover.

GSD currently does not offer a Rev B or C replacement puck.

Next stupid question: How do you know which Rev cover you have?

Easy. If you have an 09 or 10, you have B. If you have an 08, you probably got A unless it was switched as an attempt to fix the clutch leak. B had the larger metal puck instead of the plastic quarter sized puck like A.

Cover A:

Cover B:

Oh, despite the myth floating around on the interwebz, there is no C.

Okay, then I just found it odd that eBay auction advertised a puck for the 1125CR (which was a 2009/2010 model), and THEN went on to say it wasn't available for the Rev B cover.

Or am I the only one to catch that?

There isn't anything to catch. The puck does fit the 09-10 CR/R. As stated in the listing it fits the stator cover. The stator covers are the same from 08-10. So this listing is correct. They do fit the 09-10 bikes, just not the clutch covers.}

the carbon protectors from E.B.R has any one had the unfortunate opportunity to test them out yet? If so how did they hold up?

I'm pretty sure the photo in that eBay ad is the CLUTCH side, which is what prompted my comment...

It is the clutch side because the 08's take the same puck as the stator side. The pic is of an 08 clutch cover.
