1) the only difference b/t the 620 and 6,200 is changing the filter. (look here: https://www.buell.com/om/99480-08Y_en/file-13.asp# table-hdtopic000090-1 )
2) Besides an oil/ filter change it's a general inspection.
3) You can perform any of your maint. and all will be good with warranty. Keep your oil/ filter receipts.
4) Filter=$16, Oil Syn3=$8, $24+$16+(.5hr)$40 labor= $80 max.
5) Do the inspection part and save $220.
6) Yes do the maint. at the suggested intervals to keep the bike happy, you happy and H-D happy.

The 6200 service is just an oil change (no filter) plus general inspection. Something like $60 in materials depending on your oil, plus half an hour of your time to drain and refill.

Why would you change the oil without changing the filter?

For my 6200mi service, I changed the oil/filter (put in Amsoil), then took it to Santa Fe Harley for the inspection, as they actually *like* Buells and I suspected they would do more than just wave a rag at it, chat in the back for 2 hours, and bill me for it.

Oil change and general inspection is what I did. No need for the dealer on that service.

I am wating to see how my a** feels after 12,400 mile service which is the valve insepction.

Because its a waste of money. The OEM filter is designed with at least a 12k service interval in mind. Hell many cars are coming from the factory with filters that will go 30k, with oil changes being 15k.

Modern engines need less and less maintenance.

If you don't change the filter, do you still have to lube the kickstand?

I don't recall seeing anything in the service manual regarding kickstand lubrication.
