Get my cluster to scroll through voltage, AFV ect. swear I did it once but can't remember how.

both buttons pressed with key off then while pressing turn key on

The details of Diagnostic Mode are listed in your service manual. But basically you hold down Mode and Toggle while turning the key on. : )
