I think this would be something good to talk about on here. I what to here about bike parts you've built instead of buying. Let's see how creative this forum is I personally rather make it than buy like the seat pins and exhaust now what do I make?

I made some scuff marks on my clutch cover and radiator pod. That is about the limit of my craftiness. : (

I did a tail tidy from 6061 aluminum. It's not the best looking in the world, but it's a one-off fab job.

I made heel guards, bracket to hold my power outlet, brackets to adapt my PitBull stand to my non spool 1125, seat pins.

Not had a lot of time for this one.

Blower1 those are some impressive performance oriented mods. Did you notice any difference in power or sound?

@ Mountainstorm

The exhaust end tip made a slightly more sound, but not more power.
The velocity stacks made more torque (I think), because now my bike makes high power wheelies in 2# gear.
The longer front header I havenīt test yet.
During the next months Iīm going to take my R to the dyno and test the all modifications.

I made a tailsaver for my 636 stuntbike. Used a peice of thick gauge sheet metal, cut and shaped it how I wanted....I fabbed up an undertail exhaust out of my old 1125 D&D on an 05 636. It was interesting to say the least lol. Super loud too, that pipe sounds even worse on a 4cyl bike.
