It's the easiest bike to ride really fast, without scaring the S***T out of me. Can't wait to go to Deals Gap in May. Here is a pic, I've done a few mods, but the most useful has to be my Radar Detector.
Even with all the recalls and issues I just love this bike!
2 years, 20,000km, it rocks!

I love that mine sat all winter, 4 strait months, in an unheated storage shed without a tender, and fired right up and ran like a champ.

I love that I can ride a gixxer 750, a Road King, an ST1300, and a Versys all in one day, and only my bike makes me giggle in my helmet. I love motorcycles, and I love to ride them all, but this one has the perfect balance of refined anger and smooth consistency that speaks to me.

I love what it means to me, through my interpretation of what it might have meant to Erik. 25 years of blood sweat and tears (and black and blue) that went into a winning racebike. Even though I have seen the B2, (which might have been the ultimate culmination) the soul and spirit of hard work, dedication, and the pursuit of a dream shine through to me when I see my 1125r.

I love telling my friends that wide open in first gear WILL cause the bike to flip over backwards, and knowing its true.

I love how the EBR ECM and HPE exhaust make it crackle like a topfuel dragster idling until it warms up. Or the fact that its the only one I know of in my town or the next 3.(though Id love to be proven wrong) I love how it feels like it was custom molded to my body the same way my Arai helmet feels molded to my head.

I love the fact that every time I am at a stoplight, everyone just stares.

The raw power and the handling are also pretty damn amazing.

Today in NE Philly a large group of riders pulled into Sonic when I was already eatin my burger. They parked on the other side of the place in the back to be in the shade. All of them about 8 total walked to the other side to ask me what kind of bike that I have. They were very excited to see it was a Buell. We talked for a few and they said that bike is ill. + 1 for the R!

I love the engineering that Erik put in this bike. I may look, and even ride other bikes but they all seem to be found wanting when measured against the Buell.

I love to look at other bikes and see that they are just now doing things that Buell has been doing for years.

I love that it is a twin and not a L4.

I love that in every respect it is truly unmistakable.

Aszinegh - "It's the easiest bike to ride really fast, without scaring the S***T out of me."

I couldn't have said it better.

Socoken - "the soul and spirit of hard work, dedication, and the pursuit of a dream shine through to me when I see my 1125r. "

Pure Passion.

About six months ago I was picking up parts at the dealership and as chased them down I sat on an CR and flicked it L-R back and forth with my knees as I was standing there. The bike moved effortlessly, just that little test and I was convinced that the 1125 handling was all that the press had reported. 1200 miles on my CR from Feb until now. The suspension has been set up for a big guy. I initially had the front as stiff as the S1 and have since released the preload a bit to where it turns in very quickly. The compression valving is doing its job as far as braking feel. Moving from an S1 to the 1125 has meant learning to find the shift and downshift points where everything just wants to slip in quietly and easily. I hope it doesn't take another 1K miles to learn and confidently know the smoothest shift and downshift points.

i love my bike, because it is the best looking bike out there and that i'm able to fix almost everything by myself. and i've never had any big problems with them, xb and 1125.

and it's so much fun to ride it.

thanks erik
