Hi all, Apologies for the inconvenience. I forgot to re-attach my rear passenger seat after using the helmet lock, and it must have blown off somewhere on the highway. Wondering if someone could get me a price for the rear seat and the black cowl that goes over it for a 2008 1125R. Thanks, Johnny | ||

What type of helmet lock do you have? Is it the cable type? I was told that there may be an actual lock type that can be bolted under the rear seat but have yet to see it. The cable locks are a pain in the butt to use and scratch up the paint. Any suggestions? | ||

I got the Buell gear lock freebee last year, and I use that. I use it to strap my helmet and Aerostich 1 piece suit to my rear sprocket. My gloves and boots aren't secured, but if they really want my beat up 2 year old boots that have 50k miles and almost no bottoms, they can keep them  I would just throw everything in my Topcase if I still had my Uly. | ||

Not sure about the 08's but my 09 R has the typical Jap helmet hook under the seat cowl. | ||
