I very recently had the clutch cover fluid leak repaired under warranty. On my test ride the next day there was a significant amount of fluid leaking from the bleeder valve and a tiny drop forming on the hole in the puck. I tightened the valve when I got home, but it didn't move that I could notice.

After putting about another 115 miles of commuting, the hole is leaking just like before the 'repair'. The valve is not leaking.

For those of you that have had this problem more than once after installation of the newest repair kit, can you guess what the cause was? I haven't seen the kit, but from what I can gather it is just a remove/replace set of mechanical parts so it would be very difficult for any tech to screw it up.

Did you get the Rev C internals or no?

I had the dealer order kit: X2086.1AM

I think that is the latest.
