Everything was going good until I have to put the throttle back together. What goes where? A picture or 10 would help. I am having a hard time with the twist grip. Should I leave the hook ups off the throttle body and do that last?
I searched but can't find a good pic up top of the twist grip and how that is suppose to look. Running out of time with the wife as this was going to be a 3 hour job which I was on pace with but you know.
Tom
Thanks,

I thought I had it figured out but I can't get the pull one in right. All I need I think is a pic of that damned thing.

Return goes in first with the pull sitting over it. Do these first so you can get them working correctly. Fit the other things around them. Check full lock to make sure there is no sticking!

Thanks Nickg, I still need to see a better pick of the throttle cables gong into the housing on the bar. I can't see exactly what I am looking for, like Bono I guess.

Pretty sure I have it now, binding at full left lock, I know I have seen a thread or 10 about that issue. I will search. Thanks for the help. it took a couple of beers and deep thought.

note the cable routing in my pictures...no binding as this is the 2010 route for the cables...the cables do NOT follow the 2009 routing

I just did this last weekend. I had to reroute 3 times to keep it from binding when full left. Anything through the pod would not work. I ended up going outside and under the lower triple tree. The brake line holds them in place at the lower triple where the clamp holds it.

I pretty much had to reroute everything to get it to work. I have no problems with brake wires pulling out.
