For the CR : )

I love this damn bike and I am thinking in going a little wild... and do some painting, but i want to have another set of body parts... are they expensive? Where can I buy them at a decent price? I am sure my dealer can sell me stuff at list price! : )

I think they are running around $650 (discounted) for the whole thing on the R so slightly less for the CR. There are several sponsor dealers on here that will give you a discount.

$700 total retail for every single piece of body work including the front fender. You can get it from a Badweb sponsor like Precision Harley or Liberty Harley, they have great service and offer 10% off discounts.

Scope on eBay, I see mostly complete sets show up once in a while.

I have a complete set of Racing Red take-offs from my 2009 1125CR that I'm selling for $425.00. About $200.00 less than new set for the 1125CR and if your going to paint them anyway, why bother purchasing a new set.

Tempting : ) But I am going back and forth and most likely I won't need every panel.. just tail, cowl and intake covers.

No problem I got a guy that going to take all of the except the fly screen for his 1125R. You will probably find the tail, seat cowl, and intake cover on E-bay, as those are really common pieces. If by intake covers you mean the outer radiator shroud, you probably going to have to order a left (mines on back order), you might find a right one on E-bay.

Doesn't look to bad in black and red either.

What about the other parts (seat, turn signals, license plat bracket, mirrors)?

Sorry but no. I'm talking about stock take off parts, but I got blackstripes confused with someone else that needs parts for his brothers wrecked CR; I have the stock rider seat, stock passenger seat, stock turn signals, stock mirrors, stock license plate bracket (a.k.a the cheeseless grader), stock foot pegs, stock passenger foot pegs and heal protectors ) the stuff I already took of the bike.

BTW...Doesn't look too bad in black and white.
