Ok, got the bearings installed in my 2010 wheels. Thing I've noticed is the ones against the spacer seem tight. I have to put a bit of pressure on them to turn them by finger. I put the axle through and when I turn the axle they won't move without pressure being applied. Normal?

Mine are that way on my 08' wheels. Have been that before and after replacement. My ST1300's bearings are also "stiff" to turn but are smooth.
