So I have a jardine slip on does it require any fueling mods? I know more power can be had doing so, but I thought these were a closed loop efi system, wouldnt it add fuel or take away to get back to stock afr settings? | ||

Can you give some more details, I put the pipe on and Noticed no difference in the way it ran, really didnt put it on for performance more of weight, sound, and to save my stock pipe. If it didnt run "correctly" after I put it on, it must have not been running "correctly" before from brand new. | ||

What mike means is that with a tune you'll be able to see gains in HP and Tq. Frankly, I think with the correct tune you can get the same gains with a stock pipe...but no one that I know of has done it... But you're right, if you got it for sound and weight loss then you're fine, ya know. Just remember that if you do tune it you can get those gains out of it. | ||

I agree you can get gains with stock exhaust, I used to street race a hayabusa and I tuned it with the stock pipes and picked up some power. And reason is it is lean from the factory for emissions, need to richen it to get max power even with stock pipe. |
