I've been looking around & ready to make the mods I think I need, would love a few recommendations on good competitively priced vendors, rather than just "picking one".

It'll be about $600-700 I think so any vendor who discounts would be great.

I'm doing the CR sprocket swap, which will require the swing arm, sprocket, belt, idler, etc., as well as a set of Uly pegs. I think these 2 mods will make my R my perfect bike based on getting some recent seat time (finally). Thnx!

(convertibars and a new seat may be in the future, but it'll depend on how these 2 mods workout)

OEM parts? Use Precision HD or Liberty HD, they both offer 10% off for badwebbers.

Anything else I would stop at American Sport Bike first as they probably have what you want.

Getting the over sized idle pulley is much cheaper than a swing arm.

I personally don't see why anyone would want the lower gearing of the CR to begin with. When I'm playing a bit hard on my R 1st is all but useless to me 2nd the front comes up extremely easy and it still wants to lift a little going into 3rd. I can't imagine what a little bit lower gears would do to me the way I ride when I'm playing.

"Getting the over sized idle pulley is much cheaper than a swing arm."

Yea I know, been looking into but I may have trouble getting one, the guy doesn't make them as a regular offering, it's a one-off and I'm not sure it'll happen - got my paypal primed if he says yes, but starting to work the backup plan.

And I know there are arguments both ways on which way is better ... although I can't stop thinking why wouldn't Buell have only done a pulley if it's OK for the long haul over casting a whole new swing arm of a different length.

Oh..when I saw swap the belt and swingarm, I thought you were going to the race swingarm and chain kit.
