When they showed Higbees highside ,it appeared he had undertail exhaust. That was the only shot of the bike I saw on Speed. Also they had it listed as a CR.

Higbee was on a Duc in both Superbike races. Speed had wrong bike info for that race, but showed him on a Buell 1125 for the 200 in which he finished 8th.

Speed Channel Sucks. Unless you like Greg White and listening to Scott Russel and Nascar and David Despain. Thank God for TVR so I can fast forward throw the BS.

Not only did they get the make wrong they only mention the top 5 racers...call me crazy but just because my guy is not up in the top 5 I still want to hear what the rest of the field is doing.

I was also disappointed in Speed's coverage this year --- particularly the fact that the only time I even SAW someone not in the first pack was if they crashed. Only game in town though.

Did I miss something, or are they mot covering the American Sportbike class at all this year?

They did run the Sportbike class (results were posted on SPEEDTV website) but I had to hunt the results down. No coverage for some reason. I hope they cover it later in the season.

SPEEDTV also listed the results on the stats page and listed Higbee on an 1125R when he was clearly riding a DUC, but the only time we ever saw him was for a slo-mo of his high-side. I hate the coverage of the top-5 too. This gets old. But, as already pointed out, not many other options.

Back in the day, Dave Dispain was a motorcycle race announcer. He used to do the grand national flat track races and was the best at it. And now nascar. Oh how the mighty have fallen.

Rkc00 thanks for posting the photo, yes I was the Eric Nolan/Moto Forza Ducati in the Superbike class, it has a strong engine but struggled with the suspension and handling setup. I was hanging on to the bike for dear life in race one to finish 8th, but it got the better of me in race two.
