So i got the vin number of the bike. I think there was some Zack who could check the number, right? Well i found the tread but it's in archive, i hope he will see it and answer it. Anyway, here it is

My bust Joe, it is a PRODUCT campaign which is a NICE thing for BMC to do.
Not a Recall or SAFETY campaign which is a LEGAL thing to do.
Sorry for any confusion, it was 5 am when I posted that and I was a bit groggy.
BTW, Matjaz, it is a 2010 CR, Midnight Black.

So the dealer won't replace it with new one right? I just wrote to the seller and he said that he can't change it for free.
Too bad, agues.
