Last night the dash light went out for a minute, the battery light came on, then everything went back to normal. REX

Tighten your connections to your battery in particular.

Also, there's a chassis ground right under the front fairing into the steering stem. Check that.

Yes, I have checked the battery connections.

I will check the chassis ground.

Yes, it was Chandler HD/ Buell. They put on the new high bars.

The wiring harness is not long enough for the right mirror, Blinker.

The shifting is harder. I was talking with Jim this week in Northern Cal. He was wondering if they bleed the clutch, since they put on the higher bars and the new cable.

It might have bubbles in it? possible? REX

Huh? It was plenty long enough on mine.

The shifting is harder.
Definitely bleed the clutch. My shifting got EASIER.

I had to shimmy the wires for the front brake switch out from the confines of the zip ties on my CR after the high bar install.

It's been fine ever since,

good to know. on another thread it talked about the wires only being just long enough till you turn the bars. this was the case. It pulled one out and almost bent the other one off. we will look further. REX

I checked the oil today, hot and cold. This was just after having the bike serviced, and the high bar kit put on. Only once was I able to get even a small look of oil on the stick. I am putting it into my truck and taking it back to them tomorrow night to check out. Hard shifting, no oil, front brake wires too short with the high bars, engine light is on, battery light comes on, and the dash light goes off and on.

Not the kind of service I was expecting on a new bike. With all of my buells I have never had this much problems with a bike or a dealer.

I got mine from Chandler as well. I had to take it back with a list of minor issues to fix. I still have one of them.

Which is why I am going to be taking mine to Arrowhead despite having a serious problem with the sales manager there.
