Author Message   Ride4life Posted on Tuesday, January 26, 2010 - 06:00 pm:        Hey, just wondering if anyone installed some bars other than those that came with the high bar kit...like some Renthal or Pro Tapers perhaps...which ones and why (I am looking to buy a CR or a Duc Streetfighter). I have no idea what the feel is with the Buell kit but I want something akin to the feel of the Duc Hypermotard bars (wide and high) and from the looks of it the Buell kit won't provide that...funny, haven't even bought one yet and I'm already preparing/researching my first mods (high bars and exhaust)....anything to keep me from actually doing real work.   Buellhusker Posted on Tuesday, January 26, 2010 - 06:41 pm:        I installed a set of ATV ProTaper bars on mine. They are a little higher and wider than the one's offered by Buell. If you want the drawings, send a pm to me. @ Dosmie, bars donīt hit the fairing or supports. Moosestang; Can you post pics of your bike with the LSL drag bars. Was that a Kit or a bolt on? I have used drag bars on my S1 for 90+ Kmi. The CR is too new for me to make up my mind.
