I'm looking for a "tank" pad for my red CR, what product fits nicely and does the job?

Thanks
Chris

Do they help? are they necessary?

I thought about these, even had them in the basket a few times, but always end up chickening out for some reason...

Hey Avalaugh, are you running a Firebolt fairing on your 1125r? If you are, would you post up some pictures? I've been thinking about trying this myself. If not, just let me know.

I like my set. They're a little pricey but I like having something to grip my leg on. Also maybe it's just in my head, but I swear I feel less heat on my right leg now...It used to almost burn me sometimes, now I rarely notice it.

The Gripster set is on my list. I can't decide if I want the regular or snakeskin. Does anyone know if the thickness is the same between the two? I guess I can ask Gripster.

Edit: The snakeskin is thicker than the High Fusion. Looks like I'll be going with the snakeskin.
