You know we'll have no choice to say things like, "Bobbuell61? Oh yeah, the guy with the Hello Kitty tail tidy!" I love it - Hats off to your friend ...

I used those same LED license plate bolts in black. Is that the license plate eliminator from EBR?

DIY style out of 3 stainless cap-head bolts with washers, less than 1 square foot of sheet metal, $0.75 worth of some small tubing cut at an angle to level the bolt heads, and spray painted black.
RTV seals it up and an xblights to integrate the turn signals and finish the clean up job

I spent less than $10 at Lowes on the metal (aluminum) $15 on the LED bolts and $100 on the LED stop lamp/turn signals.

Gotta throw mine into the mix - Bunch of work to get fit, mount, etc. correct, but am quite satisfied with results. All aluminum - sawed, filed, milled, tigged, and beat into submission. Would have been time and money wise to buy off the shelf, but where's the fun in that.

dannybuell & Mac inger - pictures are of same part, lower legs hidden by turn signal mount in first pic. Can't make to sell - what I lack in talent and skill, I make up for in time and stubbornness. Not a cost effective combination, but I do enjoy making my own pieces. Reminds me of years gone by when you couldn't buy everything you need to assemble your own 'custom' vehicle. Not blowing off anybody, but I do just enough fabrication to have a good appreciation for what it takes to build things the way you want. With the way short production life of the 1125's (creating a slight vacuum in the aftermarket parts world)I think we'll all see some neat design imagination at work solving problems and creating personalized bikes. Don't need to tie up a lot of space on the board, but PM if you tackle your own version and have any specific questions - would be happy to help however I can.
Thanks to all posters for making this a great board. Has been very helpful to me personally. Regards

125rrrred, that is some serious detail and flawless execution. I can only imagine the time that went into that. VERY nice!

Red - that is the MOST elegant solution I have ever seen... gorgeous.

I wouldn't be able to "make-sell" the one I did, yours is a quantum leap beyond.

^Justa4banger. I was going for simple, but it still took me hours to do

I like the color scheme of your side fairings! (I saw the pics on Dfwstangs) I will be working on a chin spoiler here pretty soon.

Does anyone know what the rear wheel travel is on an 1125R? Just want to check if I have enough clearance.

Here's one I made out of aluminum, brought the turn signals in a half inch on each side also.

Some great stuff here! I have a pretty good idea for what I want to do now... does anybody have a template for just the part where it attaches to the undertail (the Hello-kitty shaped part). I don't want to chop the stock part just so I can trace it!

Bob, I was hoping somebody might have a template they could scan and post or email but if not that would be great. I don't have access to a welder but I think i can accomplish what I want to with just cutting and bending 1 piece of aluminum.
