There are sooo many options.

What works? I like the bar ends with the blinkers and the CRG mirrors, but that's a pricey set-up.

Can you tell me what you're running, how much it set you back, and how difficult it was to install?

Pics and links would be greatly appreciated as well.

Here's what I did with the blinkers, and I will eventually do one of the Rizoma bar end mirrors...

google "amazon bullet led signals" and it should take you to them.

I really like your signals, but came to the conclusion they wouldn't work with clubman bars, at least not easily. The brake lines are in the way.

Hd, you're replacing leds with leds.

no resistor should be required.

but the stock mirror led's have a resistor built in to make it similar in resistance to a filament bulb... if you put aftermarket led's on it will likely flash faster.

mine do.

I would probably go with this set-up if it was mine:

Oberon Performance

on the last link, 14mm id bar end is pretty close to 9/16ths, you would have to drill out the bar as its less than 1/2" id. or shave down the bar end insert to use these on a CR model.

i got the 19mm oberon mirros and it was a straigt fit, no need for drilling or messing around.

According to an email I got from Oberon, "all bar end products under 22mm come with all collets to suit 12-19m."

I'm looking at the LEDs plus the oblong mirrors ... also looking at the *price*

I guess it depends on how far the bar end goes in... there is about an inch of end that's bigger, then it shrinks down below 1/2 inch id. If your just fitting a standard bar end it would be fine but the ones that came with my hand guards go in about 2 1/2 inches and would not fit. Looking at the pics in the link with the led bar ends it seems they also go in pretty far...?
