I have 2 2009 black 1125cr's. I was thinking of changing one to the R fairing.

Maybe someone with an R wants the CR setup and we can swap?

I dont really know what all parts are involved since I dont have a parts manual.

I think I'd rather swap with someone instead of having to buy all new parts. I think that way it could be done relatively inexpensively. maybe?

I'll keep my R fairing, but if you want to swap swingarms and final drives, I'm in!

I can tell ya from experience, if you get someone to swap, you need everything from the neck of the frame forward minus forks, wheel and brakes. You'll even have to swap keys, gas cap and pillion lock plus a $10 part that supports the front of the wiring harness. Not a bad swap if you have everything you need.

I am doing the swap myself and you can bypass some of the parts by getting a keyless ignition from digital guard dog. Mine is due to arrive this week and I have already ordered the rest of my parts. Cost about $1100. I will be selling my CR parts so I hope to recoup some of that money. But I guess thats why the CR cost about $600 less.
