every member sent hd (the higher ups) an email of how there idea to drop buell was a poor business move but be polite and ask themto give eric the rights back... ha imust just like waisting time | ||

Guys, Erik already bought the rights back. Not all of the rights but I believe he's at a different point in the campaign than this. Maybe a letter of support to Erik might be better. A good stack of letters supporting Buell from present and serious future customers might persuade sponsors and partners that Erik has the better business model. | ||

well this thread didnt take off like i thought it would lol. but i think we should all get a good idea going on here and everyone sendin SOMETHING! i mean the memo did say "under the licens of HD" so i dont think they gave him poop back there just teasing him to see what other kinda money he can rack in. that or they feel bad and dont wanna leave him out of a job | ||

Not sure what your point is there. They didn't GIVE him a license. Erik had to BUY his name back. Maybe a story there, I don't know. HD isn't in a position to "tease", shareholders want a more serious plan than just game playing. Corporate execs don't "feel bad" and provide jobs out of sympathy. If that was the case, the States would not be in the economic state it's in. I'm liking the letters to Erik, he won't hide them or trash them, just pull them out of his hat if he needs them. | ||

Somebody needs to read the dozen or so threads on Badweb discussing emailing and letter writing. We don't need another thread - trust me. Read up on what is being discussed on letter writing - and do some more work on how impotent e-mailing is compared to letter writing. Too many people want to spend 10 seconds on an email rather than taking the time to write. Read up on Badweb. This IS BEING DISCUSSED in great detail elsewhere. |
