How does adding a simple pipe and filter add 15HP? Wouldn't you need to add more fuel thus change the fuel map?

15HP? I haven't seen any dyno less than 120 stock.

They had both sheets where it was in the mid teens on their dyno and they overlaid the one with the exhaust and filter. They also ran one with the Jardine exhaust with the air cleaner and air/fuel line was spot on. I saw the dyno sheet with the air fuel line and it was right there.
