I ordered a set from High Country and thought the price was reasonable. I guess what I'm wondering is how long it will take for somebody to recognize that there is a market for these fairings and use a set of plastic ones to make a set of molds and start producing the same thing in fiberglass? Can't imagine that it'd cost much to do and selling them at a couple hundred bucks a set could result in some decent hobby money.......been considering this myself.

Can I make a quick hijack of this thread? Does anyone have a set of the instructions for the side skirts, either something they could scan and send me or something in .pdf form? My '08 came with a set from the dealer already installed, and I want to take them off and move them away from the exhaust a little before the inner heat shield gets chewed up like I've seen others having problems with in other posts. Thanks in advance, now back to your regularly-scheduled program!

A handfull of our Buell sales customers, (all were already Buell customers of ours before this) two were back already for their 620 service, which we are doing at half price thru January. Two still have their Happy Tags, High Cntry ridin' in the Rocky Mountain winter, 69 degrees today.

The white R owner was considering the fairing lowers so I showed him the red one featured here with black lowers for a perspective.

"Here's your free bard of gold."

"Yeah, but what did it cost YOU?"

Incredible.

Fairing sold... find another thread to do your trash...

I've heard that word FREE many a time, I've just never really experienced it in real life... Usually the only thing you can get for FREE is advice and it is sometimes worth what you paid for it...

Have a nice day.
