Well, the transformation process has begun. Plastics are getting replaced with hand formed aluminum sheet, mirrors are coming off and now the exhaust needs to be replaced.

All of my previous bikes I have fabricated the exhaust myself. Since I am in Phoenix for the time being instead of Oakland, I don't have easy (read cheap) access to a dyno so the process is going to be a little more difficult but I'll sort that out.

I have been tossing around idea and haven't yet settled on one of them. I thought that while I sort through my own ideas, I'd see if anyone here has done their own exhaust or can.

If you have I'd love to see what you have done. Even if you just have pics of other custom cans I'd be interested. There is so much space to work in, the options are pretty open so there must be some cool ideas.

Your not going to put a solo seat and ape hangers on this bike too are you?

Ape-hangers on this one too? Who has ape-hangers?

I am still deciding about the subframe but I'll probably leave it as is but the plastics are definitely going to go.
