Can't say anything is wrong. Put the pigtail on for the Battery Tender/electric vest and the seat tongue makes contact with the negative post bolt before it slides home. Had to give a firm smack on the seat to get it to go in. Can't believe adding the little clearance for the ring lug made it that bad. Guess I'm going to have to go look at button head screws for that one.

Its a tight fit, but I haven't had any issues, and I got 3 or 4 things screwed into mine without issue.

I took a grinder to mine and notched it out . I got tired of fighting with it

Put a button head screw in it tonight - all better now. Going to watch it for dielectric corrosion since I could only find an alloy screw. Don't know if that'll cause an issue.
