"My 09 1125R was stalling occasionally when pulling in the clutch. It was a improperly machined stator causing the crank position sensor to misread. There is a service bulletin regarding this dated March 2009."

Could be my issue, mine stalled 3 times on my first ride, all when clutching on downshift during decel. Love to get a copy of this.

My CR is an early 2010 (#12) with like 1400 miles on it. It has stalled twice on me. Both times after running for a while in top gear at freeway speeds. Once ON the offramp as I rolled down through third gear and another time after the offramp when coming to the first in-town red light. Anyone know when they stopped installing the "improperly machined stator covers" and how many of us might be affected by that?

Any updates on the stalling issue when pulling in the clutch when decelerating? Mine has been better lately but it happened again on sunday when turning off the highway onto a secondary road. I let the clutch out after downshifting midway through my turn (going slow, a few loose gravel). Rear wheel locked up (engine stalled), I went straight & staid upright (MSF course or dumb luck), missing a tree on the berm. My daughter following me wasn't so lucky - she ended up low siding in the gravel trying to avoid me. She said, "Next time I'll just hit you!" I've always noticed when it stalled before, but not this time. There's enough to worry about out there without adding this to the mix. I'm spooked now, gotta get this fixed, the problem is finding a dealer that knows anything.
