I'm curious if they are large enough to hold a full face helmet etc... Opinions? ... thanks! Dave   Fierrosc Posted on Thursday, October 29, 2009 - 11:16 am:        I do not have the Buell tail bag, but this Mini-Beta bag from Wolfman Luggage is about 45 liters ( 12 gal. ) and it will hold a full face helmet with room to spare. Is there an unsightly bracket left when the bags aren't installed? Waterproof? I'm wondering if I can sport tour for a week at a time on my 1125R with those bags and perhaps a Axio hard backpack. They mount with straps and velcro. The factory bags on my old '97 Cyclone sagged a lot, but these apparently have an integral stiffener.
