Did you recently change the front tire or remove the wheel for any reason?

Loosen the pinch bolts and axle, bounce the front end a few times, then tighten back to spec.

Hmmm, apparently no one else has that goin' on. It's done it since new, June 1 and 5600 miles ago. I haven't changed the tires yet or done anything else up there.

5600 miles and no tire change?!?!

Your bike is complaining "get me someone who will actually *ride* me".

There's a lot of "tire-snobs" here.
I got 15k out of my first front tire.
Granted I pushed it a bit far, but I got a LITTLE paycheck these days.

I also try to get at least 6k out of a rear tire.

I get a clunk in my forks sometimes, no oink, from one of the interior sliders that moves a bit.
