I wonder if it would be quieter if they turned the tips down rather than outwards. Might be less intrusive to those on your right, also.   T_man Posted on Friday, October 30, 2009 - 08:27 am:        Lost - I did get it running better below 5k; I had to lean it out a bit. 100 AFV F&R with airbox cover on. I know this goes contrary to 1125 lore and legend, BUT thats what it needed. The tips are actually turned rearwards at a nice angle and don't get in the way of anything - I've never touched a boot to a tip yet.
