My buddy and I picked up 1125r's this week. Mine an 09 and his an 08. We both tried the default PIN that the manual says to use (0000). It doesn't seem to be working. Keeps throwing back "WRONG PIN." Anyone else have this problem? Any input?

Call the dealer and ask if they used the VIN # or the keycard number to set the pin at any point. I think I had the same issue if I remember right and it turned out to have been already set to the keycard or something. If all else fails I think they can reset that with Digi-Tech in the shop.

Good luck, and if you ride it all the time...the pin gets annoying after a while. It is nice to use for hotel stops and not so good areas. But remember, if they REALLY want it... they'll get it.

Last four of VIN didn't work, keycard number didn't work, nor did model year, 1125, or any other easy ones I thought it could be.

I guess I will call the dealer tomorrow.

My '09 owner's manuals says the default is "0000" - Page 60, section describing how to change it. I guess I'll find out when the bike arrives once set up is finished.
