Thx HD for crapping on my birthday. I always hated going down there to look at the Buells anyway. HD people are not my people. It's creepy there. I'm new to Buell, never met Erik, but love this 1125r. Love it. I always told people it's a pretty rare bike anyhow. Whoa. | ||

Well bcrawf68 I am in the same boat you are with the name. Up until now I have not been able to come up with the perfect name for my 1125r. But after what happened today the only name I can think of for the bike that stunned the racing world is "Legacy". I know its not a chicks name but what better name for the bike born from a rag tag group of free thinkers who got together to design and build a bike that will remain in the thoughts of many for a long time to come. God bless Erik and the employees of Buell motorcycles. May their drive and ambition carry on in all of us. | ||

Well, doesn't the latest HD news just suck... And get this. I am a longtime Honda VFR owner - who was waiting for the new 2010 Honda VFR 1200 to break cover - but it weighs 591 lbs.!! Arghh. So I went on down to the local Buell dealer last week and got a demo ride on a 1125R. Very impressed! I was actually considering it until I saw today about HD shutting down Buell. What a dumb, short-sighted decision. My heart goes out Erik, Court, and rest of the Buell family.... Cheers, E-Ticket | ||
