Don't have the manual yet. Took the air box off to get to the breather hoses and saw this Bosch part just dangling. Does it suppose to hook up to any other thing?   | ||

It's the air pressure sensor. It only needs to be connected electrically. The opening should point down so it won't collect water. It clips into a plastic holder at the rear of the airbox. | ||

Thanks. Got worried b/c of the green o-ring, which suggests that it should fit into a complementary hole somewhere. Otherwise, why even put the o-ring. | ||

I think the O ring comes on it from BOSCH. No need to remove if it's not hurting anything. I could be wrong though. And I hear ya about "that it should fit into a complementary hole somewhere. I thought the same when I first got mine. | ||
