How do I access the On Board Diagnostic System to read trouble codes?

I don't have the manual in front of me.

Thanks.

With the key off:

Press both IC buttons and hold (make sure they are depressed by feeling them "click").
Turn the key on and wait for the ECM to cycle.
Once it cycles it will be in diag mode.

Later

So, if there is a CEL code it will display it. Do I need to toggle through anything?

Hit the top button to toggle thru the choices. When you get to where you want hit the bottom button. Why don't you call me and I'll read you the manual?
