Does anybody know if basic aftermarket levers will work with the 1125r? I dropped the bike in the driveway last night and broke the brake lever. Dealer quoted me $51 for a replacement lever. I thought that was a little steep.

I'm pretty sure pazzo and crg both have 1125r levers.

Pazzo and CRG are $150 for the pair, so more than the dealer price.

I know with my suzuki I just went to Iron Pony and bought an aftermarket lever. It was half the cost of the dealer.

The aftermarket levers I know of are not only more expensive, I don't like them as much as the stock levers.

I think it's a pair of levers for something like $60. Either way, the OEMs are the cheapest I've found.

Rizoma levers are very fine and exclusive, both with articulated joint.
They're a little bit expansive and... not still available, Rizoma is working for us

Salut

I went ahead and ordered the lever. I hope they do come in pairs. Thanks for the help.

The XB and the Tuber brake levers are different. Mixing then can be dangerous.

The XB brake lever lever will work on an 1125R, kind of. But it is NOT the right one. The tuber lever is the correct one.

You can put an XB lever on a tuber, but there will be slack in the lever. That is, it can move back and forth without doing anything other than possibly activating the brake light.

You can NOT put a tuber lever on an XB. Doing so will cause the bleed port in the brake MC to never get uncovered, which will cause a dangerous pressure build up in the system which will lock up the brakes.

CRG does not have a clutch lever at this time, but they will soon. It's in work.

I don't carry Pazzos on general principle. They out and out ripped off CRG. They cloned the CRG designs almost verbatim, with the only real difference being that they don't use a bearing for the cam pivot. It's one thing to use a product for inspiration and develop something new, different, better. But in this case, they just stole the design outright.

R1 doesn't use hydraulic clutch. That is pretty much a Vtwin thing. Most I4s use cables.
