I know some of you out there have gotten the ceramic coated header pipes but I haven't heard if it has had a significant impact on the fuel boiling issue?

Ask Spectrum, he has the most miles on a set. From what I have heard, if you have boiling, it won't eliminate it.

Parrick, it along with lining the frame /tank with heat blanket worked for me. I got the blanket from Summit racing. I tried the buell kit but it did not cover enough to me, plus pricey. My R stays around 180 or so and my legs don't get as hot.

No significant difference in heat management. It still boils the fuel.
