Can anyone tell me who makes a stand that will fit the rear of the 1125r. Both ones I have aren't wide enough.

If you have an 09 with the swingarm spools, Pit-Bull makes a rear stand for bikes with 240-300mm rear tires that will fit. It's not on their website last time I looked so you have to call them.

It is still narrow enough to be usable on my FZ1 with the "standard" (non-spool) swingarm, so you don't have to get rid of it when you get a different bike.

I thought about the boards, but they didn't seem stable enough. Wound up using jackstands from my car. the 3 point platforms made the bike stable enough for tire changes.

I use the stands from Harbor freight on my 1125 and they work just fine and at 36 bucks a pop they are a LOT less than the pitbull stands.

which stand are you using from harbor freight. The one that grabs the lift spools or the one that lifts the swing arm.

Go to their website and look up pn 66192

It just barely goes wide enough but it does work perfectly for the swingarm. I haven't tried the front fork adapters yet but they look like they will work out just fine.

The other one that grabs the spools is about 4 inches too narrow (found out the hard way).

I have the pit bull stands for my 08 1125.
Before I got them, I used my T-Rex stands. They worked except they slid down the swingarm. If you have an 09 with spools, the T-Rex should work for you.
