I believe those bolts on the front rotor are one-time use only, in case you are thinking about re-using a set. I don't know about rear rotor bolts.

front rotor bolts 25-27 ft lbs

rear brake rotor 25-27 ft lbs

drive sprocket 35-37 ft lbs

Edit: Just looked further in manual and it is confirmed the front rotor bolts are only 1 time use bolts must replace with new every time
