I'm taking my bike in to be dyno tuned at AF1 Racing soon and I need to know the process to disconnect the O2 sensors, or is this a deal only function?

Thanks in advance -

Pete

xb9'S tuning program works well for this--even can eliminate the error messages.

Thanks Fresno - Is his program required to do this or are there other options?

I do have his program btw.

It's the cleanest as it's strictly a software mod. Your other option would be to physically disconnect the sensors under the seat, but the CEL will go on.

I would highly suggest using your tunner software.

Since you have the software just plug in the new values it gives you into ECM Spy and away you are. It would take much longer to try to disconnect both front and rear O2 connectors.

Well the O2 disconnect is just step one of this project. We are going to adapt a PC3 from and Ape for the 11 and then tune it further using the 4 GAS on the Factory Pro dyno. AF1 has done great work for me in the past so this will be a fun project.

The key is getting the new IC to talk to the bike so I can get it out of the shop and down to AF1.

This should have been done a couple of weeks ago.

I have a couple other projects up my sleeve for this summer too. : )
