not as sure on this one but I believe it runs behind the speedo somewhere (you probably already knew that thought.) I never had the desire to add any accessories, so it didn't read alot of the threads about the acc. plug. you know how much attention one usually pays when something doesn't apply to him/her.

However, I am SURE more accurate responses will be forthcoming.

As far as I know the 12v accessory plug on the R is under the triple clamp somewhere:

but on the CR? I couldn't find it.
Oh, ok, I did not search it too much, but I couldn't find him. But i thinks It has to be there because of the heated grips accessory.
I would like to have cigar lighter jack to recharge my GPS, cause this summer i'll be in Cannes in France, in order to have loooong rides on mountains. But I need to return in Cannes every evening. I don't want problems!

Palmer you are probably correct. I had to pull my instrument cluster and thought I saw the acc. plug. Sorry about the bad info.

Palmer, take the windscreen off. It is right behind the screen. Grey/tannish I think with some orange in there.....maybe. It has a cover on it that looks like a connector with no wires coming out the other side. 2 pin connector. It only has power when the engine is running. Camera is dead, sorry no pics.
