I'm running the EBC "race" pads and like them quite a lot.

I had some credit at my dealer so I bought the Buell race pads. They work great but are way over priced.

The front pads on my 08 are to soft of a compound to self clean the rotors. after some track days my brakes pulsate on heavy braking. The rotors now look real ugly now with black spots all over them. I've tried brake cleaner and scotch brite and it only helped a little. I'm gotta put something better on. I've been reading the posts on this subject and there is very little,(alot on how to get the bike to go faster though). I know there is no warpage due to the fact that at normal use there is no pulsing. I need to find a pad that can work well at an elevated road use as well as some track duty. Brand names, part# and who has them would be great. Also any body running the wave type rotor, and does it seem to help with brake temps and consistency.
