Does anyone have the front and rear wheel tire change procedure as well as torque specs? Also what's the best way to jack the bike up. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Front axle 39-41lbs
Front axle pinch bolts (alternating) 20-22lbs
Rear Axle (Initial) 23-27lbs
Rear Axle (final) back out 270 degrees 48-52lbs
Rear Axle pinch bolt 40-45lbs

I also drop the front end after tightening, loosen slightly then bounce the forks several times and retorque.

What Spectrum suggests about bouncing the forks is very good practice. It gives the sliders an opportunity to run freely in the fork body.
