stripping the bike down...anyone make a headlight replacement lense for the opening when you take the headlights out?

Buell Racing has some I do believe. Haven't seen/heard anyone else as of yet.

Other option is to get a race fairing from 1 of the sponsors w/out the cutouts.

Nope, there was someone that races was higbee's bike maybe that had some custom inserts made of metal before the race fairing started coming out.

aluminum stock. take a it and cut it to shape before or after annealing.

take a oxy/acetylene torch then put soot over the pieces then heat the pieces until the soot goes away. now u have aluminum thats like butter u can use the lens as templates. just bend it over them. polish the pieces and bam ur set.
