I was just looking at past posts on modified stock mufflers. I was looking for ideas for changing the tips of mine because of blowing exhaust on the brake rotor and wheel. Any pics? I already have it off the bike and ready to cut.
Also may consider just welding on tips if anyone knows where to get stainless tips that are turnouts and the right size.

I like my exhaust but there was alot of work involved in getting it Right!!I will post some sound but i have to go to the garage sometime today and see if she fires.ohio weather sucks!!!

Not stainless but you can get these at just about any auto parts store.

we need some sound clips to go with these mods. what would pulling the baffles out of the stocker do, i just want some sound, for a twin, its way too quiet.

Just removing the 2 small outlets on the muffler seems to do the trick with getting some sound. I would leave the internals of the muffler alone.

Thanks. I am happy with it and most everyone I ride with says it sound great. I am in no hurry to get another exhaust at this point.
