Where do you tie off the rear axle? The pinch bolt is way recessed. I can't see how to use it. So I'm thinking of putting a washer behind a belt drive guard mount and then tie to that.

Which org requires it?
I'd think at that level you'd want a chain?

Bevel the outside edge of the axle, at ~45 degree to centerline of the axle. Center punch that surface and drill. Now when the axle is in place you have acess to that hole.

BTW for the rear pinch bolt I drilled a hole about half way down the threaded shaft and use that to wire my axle to. I couldnt get at the head of that bolt.
