Sorry to be bringing this up again but,

Mancuso will not budge on even talking to me about trading another dealer for a white 09 25R, of which there are 2 available at either the warehouse or another dealer that is close to Houston.

I wouldn't argue the point with them but, I'm having to get a new loan and going to loose my down payment and all payments made
anyway so,

Why should I settle for an 08 at ''RETAIL'' when I can go to, Goe Cycles in Angleton, Tx. and get the exact bike I want, for the same price as the 08 I don't want.

BUT, I don't know how the buy back works.

I do know they are paying off the bike and requalifying me for a new note.

The only adder I have on the note is the extended warranty that was supposed to be free but low and behold they charged me for it. Go figure...?

Why would I expect them to tell me the truth about anything while buying a second bike from them... so I'm taking my Lawyer son w/ me to talk about what can be done.

My question is, ''Am I missing anything. Can I buy a bike from another dealer if I want to.''

With a new loan I would think I could do what I wanted to do...?

Any advice would be appreciated.

I'm not trying to make trouble at Mancuso, but it's my money and me making the payments for YEARS to come way after they have forgotten me and this nightmare!!!

If you are involved in a buy back, the first thing you should know is how it works. If they aren't explaining, you should be asking. If they are explaining, you should be listening.

Then figure out what you want to do.

Remember, it is your bike and your money. Call Buell customer service and get it straight.

If The Co. is involved in this "buy back", and the new note is thru HD Finance, you should contact them and let them know what bike you want. I went through a similar situation where my local dealer was being an a$$, and since I was pre-approved with HD Finance they said I could buy from any dealer I wanted to. They even called ahead to make sure the paperwork was ready at the other dealer. The Co. does not allow dealerships to come between them and a sale if they can avoid it.

Court may have a better suggestion, but it appears to me that your dealer is trying to move inventory instead of doing what they need to do to make the customer happy. I would hit the ball over the dealer's head and let it land in Buell Customer Service's court- where it belongs.
