Honesty, even when it hurts, helps.

That is proven in all subjects of life, not just this motorcycle or brand.

No one here should feel afraid to post what they really think, only how they present it.

The rest of us should stay open in understanding and not continue to jump to conclusions?

If anyone doesn't understand the post of another, even if really arse like, why not just ask the poster for further details on what they really MEAN?

Post what you like OR dislike. If done "correctly", we all might continue to learn a thing or two and keep progressing in reality...mm

Pariah & XB

I am not real keen to put the stock pipe back on as it would take two or three weeks to put a couple of thousand kilometres on it and the quiet pipe is a real safety issue for me, most of my commuting is done early am and late pm and 3/4 of this is in thick bush the Forrester Kangaroo stands between five and seven foot tall, the Rufus Wallaby is around three to four foot and a full grown Wombat will take the suspension or sump clean out of a Mack so i need the noise to scare them away

And I thought the raccoons and deer were a problem over here...

remind me, if ever down under to look out for a Wombat and stay outta their way!...

What the hell is a Wombat, anyways? ...never mind, I'll google the little(?) devil down under.

It would be like hitting a five gallon drum full of concrete however they are very single minded an it's usually safe to swerve around their rear whereas the kangaroo and wallaby can pull a 180 degree turn at full speed they are the worry.

P.S I think we've hijacked this thread

...wouldn't be the first time Tas!

But you've explained the root cause as why not to quiet your 11 back down and then some!

Best of wishes on your resolve.

Back to thread!...mm

Buellborn said,
This guy buys a Buell and you call him a troll?

I don't see why any two way conversations seem to be quashed when discussing the 1125 series.

Its like a board meeting where everyone nods their heads yes and little honesty. Everyone slides their chair away from the guy that says the Emperor has no clothes.

+1. One of the reasons I don't visit this site as much as I did in the past.

Feel free to flame away or call me a troll.

Tas - sounds like you need an ironworker to build you a mini Roo-bumper for your 11.
Seemed like all the Holdens had them when I was in Perth, in the 80s.

Definately need some more hp and jockey wheels to run that on the front, you know what i'm dealing with then although our Roo's aren't quite as big as the Red in WA
