At least the guy seems like he's willing to actually DO something instead of just talking about it which is more than I can say after seeing what mods have been done with what is already available.

The same subjects keep popping up, but only a very minor few actually pull the trigger!

When it comes to hotrodders...excess is often the case, whether it is used or not, it pushes for continued improvements in one way or another. By doing so also finds solve to many inherit negatives.

MM,

you are so right, as is Brandon. As, we can tell from his screen name of MustanTurbo. We love our cars and hop them up to the legal limits but sometimes it is never enough. Thant is why we sometimes go to two wheelers and rocket ourselves away to our limits there.

The two cultures are very similar and very friendly as far as sharing information and being helpful at a race track or drag strip.

I am following this as much as I can but really can't do anything from Korea, especially while KITT is bat in El Paso, TX.

But I like the information that Easyrider is putting out. I hope he'll have a stage 1 engine kit done by the time I move back to the states. My bike will paid off by then and ready for a kit.

SO thanks to all that are working on this information as this is just my hobby but some of yours way of life. As mine is the profession of arms. AAAAAhhhOOOOOO!!!!!!, AAAAAhhhOOOOOO!!!!!!, AAAAAhhhOOOOOO!!!!!!

+1000000000EEEEEEEEEEEEE Tijuanajack...

Wish the rest understood what is in our crazy(?) efforts!

Easyrider is all in with this one...I'll wager...mm

p.s...It's all about the positive end, not the work or money afforded to get to that finish line.

War or peace/Peace or war. No matter. There is good cover in like numbers.

Yes, thank you all as their are other members that read the post from their deployed locations.

But, Seriously, I can't wait to get back and hopefully the stage I kit is done and I can have it installed then.

To all please be patient as making such kits, is very time consuming as they have to do all the measurements right to ensure we have finely tuned engines. I'd rather wait and ensure my engine will not blow up, than have the engineers rush and miss something.

The other members that are machining bolt on accessories, are doing what they know how and getting us different products. This gives us more options. You're doing a great job. Keep up the Good work.

The serious mods are time and money consuming as they are doing this testing out of pocket and during the state of the economy is difficult. A dollar for testing, or a dollar for food, or a dollar for their rent. You have to look and the big picture. I respect them and their passions for doing what they do as their hobbies or their professions.

So I say Exercise a little patience and we will have our ninja and hyabussa stopping 1125R's soon.

Sorry about the rant but I too am waiting patiently.

That is all.

Toby

We start with the final discussion for the engine mods on the 23th of December. I hope to tell in detail which way we start. what we will do and measure and what we would like to achieve. Because live is too short I will post everything off the progress on the web. We already build a 150 RWHP XB9 for dragracing and run a 10.4 on the 1/4 mile. Still waiting to see if anybody can do a better job there. (-;, SO the few who understand, it's all about having a very nice hobby.

So 204 km/h? Then Your waiting is over.
We made a 10.6 with around 214 km/h with an XB with STOCK CHASSIS on an unprepared strip. And Iīm sure You know about the influence of a long swingarm (especially on 60ft times)and what top speed tells about engine power.
BTW we donīt even have near 150 rwhp in the XB and our real drag bike doesnīt have 150 rwhp as well but as You know it made a 9.4 with almost 230 km/h top speed. So maybe itīs time to be more realistic about hp numbers.
With Your data I would estimate rwhp in the 105 to 110 hp class which isnīt really bad unless You try to compete with all those "fairy tale" numbers that people type into the internet.
Just some food for thought.

Regards

Alex, I thank God every day, that there are smarter people then Me. I wish every body would share there information in public as I do. Live is too short too keep everything behind closed doors. And a lot off the old style tuners do it that way. I post my engine setup to achieve the Hp in Public on the internet look here: http://www.dragbike.nl/002/index.html
I know that if we have the really smart people around us, we will do even better on the strip and race circuit but, that's live, we learn it the hard way, and i don't bodder. It keeps me from the street and I am a self made man, so I like what I do and I am a open mind for everyone who has the same thought.. Speed is what we Need.

Well Dris,

if one day I win 10 billion Dollars in a Casino I will start sharing all my knowledge on the Internet looking at my shop the same way as You do: just an expensive hobby.
Before that day I canīt really see any reason to give away thousands of hours of R&D work for free.
From my point of view life is definitely not short enough for not beeing able to buy food for my wife and children.
Iīm willing to share my knowledge but I need to be paid for that. Thatīs pretty normal in Business Life. Any ideas why I should tell people how to build an engine that makes a 9.4 instead of a 10.4 for free?
If You can afford to do so, good for You. I canīt.
