There are no "Accessory Saddles" listed for the 1125R on the Buell website. Do the Firebolt saddles (passenger and rider) fit? Is this just an oversight on the Buell website?

I'm assuming you meant "Saddles." Thanks.

Both the Saddles (seats) and saddle bags are the same for the firebolt and 1125r.

I put the select seat on my 25r, and i've got mixed feelings about it. it's very comfy, but it does raise you up some. It changed my arm angle to the bars when sitting up, and made it harder to get my big head out of the wind in a full tuck. I put the stock seat back on.

Thanks. Even though it's $110 more expensive, I MIGHT go with the Corbin then. The firmer foam and different shape may be all I need. I realize that simply using a THICKER foam will raise my butt up putting more weight on my hands. I'd rather avoid that if possible.

if you go corbin, don't mention it's for an 1125. they won't sell it to you. just tell them it's for a firebolt.

Jaimec, Badlions means that Corbin's position is that the Firebolt seat does not fit onto the 1125 without the chance of shorting out the electrics; and so if Corbin knows you're wanting the seat for the 1125, they won't sell it to you. Many Board members here disagree with Corbin's position and say it's not possible to short anything out -- because they have the seats and no problems.

Wow, I hadn't heard that. How the hell could a seat short out the bike????

Yup, many members have them, no issues. Like I said, tell them it's for a firebolt and ride happy.

I've had a Corbin on my CR since the day I brought it home, no issues.

I got mine redone by Rick Mayer and it's sooooo nice. Corbin doesn't hold a candle to this seat. Everyone that sits on it can't believe they are even sitting down. It's about the same price as the Corbin but there is no comparision!
